When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.
We also collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the service.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure (Firestore, Authentication). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
We use essential cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or sell your data to third parties.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. You can also export your data at any time through the Dashboard.
The Dispute Gremlin browser extension does NOT collect browsing history. It only activates on supported sites to display relevant dispute templates. No data is sent to external servers unless you are logged in and explicitly sync your templates.
